Suncorp HQ
Located within Brisbane’s Heritage Lanes on the original site of the Turbot Street Fruit Market, Suncorp HQ brings together contemporary workplace design with a strong connection to Brisbane’s heritage. The 32-to-35-storey commercial tower was designed to support connection, collaboration and flexibility, while responding to Brisbane City Council’s “Buildings that Breathe” initiative.
The project also targeted a suite of high-performance sustainability ratings, including a 6 Star Green Star rating and 5 Star NABERS Energy rating.

Challenges
