Heritage Lanes

The lighting needed to complement a development that balances Brisbane’s architectural heritage with a progressive approach to contemporary urban design. With the site’s history as the Turbot Street Fruit Market informing the project, the lighting scheme needed to support the architectural vision while contributing to a welcoming and engaging public environment.

The design also needed to respond to Brisbane’s subtropical climate, integrating lighting into the broader built environment while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across the development.

LAD supplied a combination of iGuzzini Laser Blade, iGuzzini Palco InOut and iGuzzini Walky lighting solutions.

Together, the selected fittings contribute to an integrated architectural lighting scheme that complements the development’s contemporary design and enhances its varied spaces. The combination of interior and exterior lighting solutions supports a cohesive visual experience, helping connect the architecture with its surrounding urban environment.
